Article R. 96 is worded as follows:
“Art. R. 96.-The requisition must be drawn up in two copies, one of which is given to the court clerk responsible for settling the costs of the trial and the other to the carrier so that he can produce it in support of his brief. “
L’article R. 96 est rédigé comme suit :
” Art. R. 96.-La réquisition doit être établie en deux exemplaires dont l’un est remis au greffier chargé de la liquidation des frais du procès et l’autre au transporteur pour qu’il le produise à l’appui de son mémoire. “
