The committee’s opinion, together with the application for partial access, is forwarded, where appropriate, to the national council of the professional body concerned.

The council of the professional body has one month in which to issue an opinion and forward it to the committee and the competent authority.

L’avis de la commission, accompagné du dossier de la demande d’accès partiel, est transmis, le cas échéant, au conseil national de l’ordre concerné.

Le conseil de l’ordre dispose d’un délai d’un mois pour rendre un avis et le transmettre à la commission et à l’autorité compétentes.
