The committee’s opinion, together with the application for partial access, is forwarded, where appropriate, to the national council of the professional body concerned. The council of the professional body has one month in which to issue an opinion and forward it to the committee and the competent authority.

In the case of an application for authorisation to practise for the purpose of establishment, where the commission’s opinion includes a more restrictive proposal for partial access and the applicant’s profession has an association, the latter’s opinion is sought under the conditions defined in article R. 4002-3. These opinions include the information mentioned in article R. 4002-2.
