Article R411-11 of the French Tourism Code

The term of office for members of the Board of Directors is three years. The term of office is renewable.

If a member ceases to hold office for any reason whatsoever, he shall be replaced within two months for the remainder of his term.

The term of office of members who lose the capacity in respect of which they were appointed terminates ipso jure. They are replaced under the conditions set out in the previous paragraph.

La durée du mandat des membres du conseil d’administration est de trois ans. Le mandat est renouvelable.

Si un membre cesse d’exercer ses fonctions pour quelque cause que ce soit, il est remplacé dans un délai de deux mois pour la période restant à courir jusqu’à l’expiration de ce mandat.

Le mandat des membres qui perdent la qualité au titre de laquelle ils ont été désignés prend fin de plein droit. Ils sont remplacés dans les conditions fixées à l’alinéa précédent.
