Article R411-18 of the French Tourism Code

The Commission d’attribution des aides provided for in Article L. 411-15 comprises nine members appointed for renewable three-year terms by order of the Minister for the Economy and Finance and the Minister for Tourism:

-three representatives of holiday voucher beneficiaries, appointed on the joint proposal of the trade unions represented on the Board of Directors;

-Three representatives of the State, appointed by the Minister for Tourism;

-three qualified personalities with expertise in tourism, leisure and social issues, appointed by the Minister for Tourism.

Commission members may not take part in deliberations if they have a direct or indirect interest in the matter under discussion.

The members of the committee must declare to the Chairman of the Board of Directors the positions they hold, the mandates they hold and the interests they have in associations, organisations and companies that benefit or are likely to benefit from aid granted by the agency.

La commission d’attribution des aides prévue à l’article L. 411-15 comprend neuf membres nommés pour trois ans renouvelables par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie et des finances et du ministre chargé du tourisme :

-trois représentants des bénéficiaires de chèques-vacances, désignés sur proposition conjointe des organisations syndicales représentées au conseil d’administration ;

-trois représentants de l’Etat, désignés par le ministre chargé du tourisme ;

-trois personnalités qualifiées compétentes dans le domaine du tourisme et des loisirs et dans le domaine social, désignées par le ministre chargé du tourisme.

Les membres de la commission ne peuvent prendre part aux délibérations lorsqu’ils ont un intérêt direct ou indirect à l’affaire qui en est l’objet.

Les membres de la commission déclarent au président du conseil d’administration les fonctions qu’ils occupent, les mandats et les intérêts qu’ils détiennent dans les associations, organismes et sociétés qui bénéficient ou ont vocation à bénéficier des aides accordées par l’agence.
