Article R411-2 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

No agent may be appointed if he or she has been convicted of a criminal offence entered in bulletin no. 2 of the criminal record, or in an equivalent document if he or she is a national of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
No agent may be appointed to inspect a person with whom he or she has worked for the previous three years.

Article R411-2

Nul agent ne peut être commissionné s’il a fait l’objet d’une condamnation à une peine correctionnelle ou criminelle inscrite au bulletin n° 2 du casier judiciaire, ou dans un document équivalent lorsqu’il s’agit d’un ressortissant d’un Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou d’un autre Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen.
Nul agent commissionné ne peut être désigné pour contrôler une personne auprès de laquelle il a exercé une activité professionnelle au cours des trois années précédentes.
