Article R411-2 of the French Tourism Code

If the service provider ceases to fulfil the conditions to which the signature of the agreement provided for in the previous article was subject, or if it has failed to fulfil the commitments made in this agreement, or if it has committed breaches with regard to holders of holiday vouchers, particularly with regard to the quality or quantity of the services offered or provided, the agency may terminate the agreement, after having given the service provider the opportunity to make observations.

Si le prestataire de services cesse de remplir les conditions auxquelles était soumise la signature de la convention prévue à l’article précédent, ou s’il a manqué aux engagements souscrits dans cette convention, ou s’il a commis des manquements à l’égard des détenteurs de chèques-vacances, notamment en ce qui concerne la qualité ou la quantité des services offerts ou fournis, l’agence peut résilier la convention, après avoir donné au prestataire la possibilité de formuler des observations.
