Article R411-3 of the French Tourism Code

Any transfer or cessation of an activity covered by an agreement must be notified to the agency by the service provider without delay. Such transfer or cessation of activity shall automatically terminate the agreement.

In the event of a transfer, the purchaser must enter into a new agreement under the conditions set out in article R. 411-1.

If the service provider fails to present holiday vouchers for reimbursement for a period of two years, the agreement is automatically terminated. The Agence nationale pour les chèques-vacances informs the service provider of this by any means that allows an acknowledgement of receipt to be obtained.

Toute cession ou cessation d’une activité ayant fait l’objet d’une convention doit être déclarée sans délai à l’agence par le prestataire. Cette cession ou cessation d’activité vaut résiliation de plein droit de la convention.

En cas de cession, l’acquéreur doit conclure une nouvelle convention dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 411-1.

L’absence de présentation au remboursement de chèques-vacances par le prestataire pendant deux ans vaut résiliation de plein droit de la convention. L’Agence nationale pour les chèques-vacances en informe le prestataire de services par tout moyen permettant d’en obtenir un accusé de réception.
