Article R411-9 of the French Tourism Code

In order to carry out its tasks, the agency :

– produces, markets and reimburses holiday vouchers, directly or indirectly;

– allocates aid contributing to social policies in tourism and leisure;

– cooperates with the State, local authorities, organisations, associations and foundations pursuing objectives in line with its mission. It may provide financial assistance to any of them, in particular to the State under the conditions laid down inarticle 17 of the organic law no. 2001-692 of 1 August 2001 on finance laws, for actions relating to social policies for tourism and leisure;

– carries out and develops any activity related to its statutory missions.

Pour l’accomplissement de ses missions, l’agence :

– produit, commercialise, rembourse, directement ou indirectement, les chèques-vacances ;

– attribue des aides contribuant aux politiques sociales du tourisme et des loisirs ;

– coopère avec l’Etat, les collectivités territoriales, les organismes, associations et fondations poursuivant des objectifs répondant à sa vocation. Elle peut apporter un concours financier au profit de l’un quelconque d’entre eux, en particulier au profit de l’Etat dans les conditions prévues par l’article 17 de la loi organique n° 2001-692 du 1er août 2001 relative aux lois de finances, pour des actions relatives aux politiques sociales du tourisme et des loisirs ;

– exerce et développe toute activité qui se rattache à ses missions statutaires.
