Elections to the National Council shall take place under the conditions laid down in Chapter V of this Title.
Voting shall take place by post or, where the National Council has so decided pursuant to article R. 4125-22, by electronic means.
The National Council shall send to each departmental council concerned the surnames, first names and addresses of the candidates.

Le vote a lieu par correspondance ou, lorsque le Conseil national l’a décidé en application de l’article R. 4125-22, par voie électronique.
Le conseil national transmet à chaque conseil départemental intéressé les noms, prénoms et adresses des candidats.
