When it decides to delegate the examination of the hierarchical appeals referred to in II of article L. 4124-11 to a restricted formation, the National Council shall elect the members of this formation from among its members. The select committee also includes the member of the Conseil d’Etat who assists the National Council or his alternate, as referred to in article L. 4122-1-1.
For the Conseil national de l’ordre des médecins, the select committee is made up of twelve elected members and sits in committees of five to seven members.
For the Conseil national de l’ordre des chirurgiens-dentistes, the select committee is composed of nine elected members and sits in a committee of five members;
For the Conseil national de l’ordre des sages-femmes, the select committee is made up of three elected members and sits in a three-member panel.
