Article R4122-5 of the French Public Health Code

In addition to the Chairman, the National Disciplinary Chamber shall comprise :

1° An equal number of full members and alternate members elected by the national council from among its members.

2° An equal number of full members and alternate members elected by the national council from among the members and former members and alternate members of the councils of the order, excluding national councillors currently in office. Members and former members must be entered on a roll of the Association.

The members mentioned in 1° are elected for three years. The members mentioned in 2° are elected for six years, half of which are renewable every three years.

La chambre disciplinaire nationale comprend, outre le président :

1° Un nombre égal de membres titulaires et de membres suppléants élus par le conseil national parmi ses membres.

2° Un nombre égal de membres titulaires et de membres suppléants élus par le conseil national parmi les membres et anciens membres titulaires et suppléants des conseils de l’ordre, à l’exclusion des conseillers nationaux en cours de mandat. Les membres et anciens membres doivent être inscrits à un tableau de l’ordre.

Les membres mentionnés au 1° sont élus pour trois ans. Les membres mentionnés au 2° sont élus pour six ans et renouvelables par moitié tous les trois ans.
