Article R4122-6 of the French Public Health Code

The election of the National Disciplinary Chamber shall take place no later than four months after the date of the election of the National Council, under the conditions laid down in Chapter V of this Title. Only members present and entitled to vote are entitled to vote.

L’élection de la chambre disciplinaire nationale a lieu au plus tard dans les quatre mois qui suivent la date de l’élection du conseil national, dans les conditions prévues au chapitre V du présent titre. Seuls les membres présents ayant voix délibérative ont le droit de vote.
