Article R4126-31 of the French Public Health Code

Articles R. 741-11 of the Code of Administrative Justice relating to the rectification of material errors, R. 741-12 relating to the fine for abusive recourse, R. 742-2 with the exception of the last paragraph and R. 742-4 to R. 742-6 relating to the provisions specific to orders are applicable before the disciplinary chambers. For the application of these provisions, the powers conferred on the president of the administrative court and the president of the administrative court of appeal are exercised respectively by the president of the disciplinary chamber of first instance and the president of the national disciplinary chamber.

Les articles du code de justice administrative R. 741-11 relatif à la rectification des erreurs matérielles, R. 741-12 relatif à l’amende pour recours abusif, R. 742-2 à l’exception du dernier alinéa et R. 742-4 à R. 742-6 relatifs aux dispositions propres aux ordonnances sont applicables devant les chambres disciplinaires. Pour l’application de ces dispositions, les compétences conférées au président du tribunal administratif et au président de la cour administrative d’appel sont exercées respectivement par le président de la chambre disciplinaire de première instance et le président de la chambre disciplinaire nationale.
