Article R413-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The foreign national referred to in the first paragraph of article L. 413-2 commits to a personalised republican integration programme. To this end, they sign the republican integration contract provided for in the second paragraph of the same article, by which they undertake to respect the principles and values of French society and the Republic and to follow seriously and assiduously the training and support measures prescribed for them.

L’étranger mentionné au premier alinéa de l’article L. 413-2 s’engage dans un parcours personnalisé d’intégration républicaine. A cet effet, il signe le contrat d’intégration républicaine prévu au second alinéa du même article par lequel il s’engage à respecter les principes et valeurs de la société française et de la République et à suivre avec sérieux et assiduité les formations et les dispositifs d’accompagnement qui lui sont prescrits.
