Article R413-5 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of the last paragraph of article L. 413-5 if the foreign national has completed his or her education in a French secondary school abroad the latter must be on the list provided for by article R. 451-2 of the Education Code and the interested party must present a certificate drawn up by the head of the school.

Pour l’application du dernier alinéa de l’article L. 413-5 si l’étranger a effectué sa scolarité dans un établissement d’enseignement secondaire français à l’étranger ce dernier doit figurer sur la liste prévue par l’article R. 451-2 du code de l’éducation et l’intéressé doit présenter une attestation établie par le chef d’établissement.
