Article R4135-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of articles R. 4135-1 and R. 4135-2 are applicable, where they do not benefit from more favourable provisions, to civil servants governed by Titles I to IV of the general civil service regulations as well as to contractual employees of the State, local authorities and their public administrative establishments who hold elective public office.

Article R4135-3

Les dispositions des articles R. 4135-1 et R. 4135-2 sont applicables, lorsqu’ils ne bénéficient pas de dispositions plus favorables, aux fonctionnaires régis par les titres Ier à IV du statut général de la fonction publique ainsi qu’aux agents contractuels de l’Etat, des collectivités territoriales et de leurs établissements publics administratifs qui exercent des fonctions publiques électives.
