Article R4141-12 of the French Labour Code

In the event of a change in the usual traffic conditions at the workplace or in the establishment, or a change in operating conditions presenting in particular risks of intoxication, fire or explosion, the employer shall, after having taken all measures to comply with the provisions of article L. 4221-1 relating to the use of workplaces, analyse the new traffic and operating conditions.
Where appropriate, the employer shall organise safety training for the workers concerned, in accordance with the provisions of article R. 4141-11.

Article R4141-12

En cas de modification des conditions habituelles de circulation sur les lieux de travail ou dans l’établissement ou de modification des conditions d’exploitation présentant notamment des risques d’intoxication, d’incendie ou d’explosion, l’employeur procède, après avoir pris toutes mesures pour satisfaire aux dispositions de l’article L. 4221-1 relatives à l’utilisation des lieux de travail, à l’analyse des nouvelles conditions de circulation et d’exploitation.
L’employeur organise, s’il y a lieu, au bénéfice des travailleurs intéressés, une formation à la sécurité répondant aux dispositions de l’article R. 4141-11.
