The foreign national must notify the competent administrative authority of any change to the documents justifying the issue of a multi-annual residence permit bearing the words “ICT seconded employee” as provided for in article L. 421-26.

Toute modification relative aux pièces justifiant la délivrance de la carte de séjour pluriannuelle portant la mention ” salarié détaché ICT ” prévue à l’article L. 421-26 doit être notifiée par l’étranger à l’autorité administrative compétente.
