Le silence gardé par le préfet sur une demande de visa d’une convention de stage en vue de l’obtention de la carte de séjour temporaire portant la mention ” stagiaire ICT ” prévue à l’article L. 421-30 vaut décision de rejet. Toutefois, le silence gardé sur une demande de visa d’un avenant de prolongation de la durée du stage d’une durée maximale d’un an incluant le stage initial vaut décision d’acceptation.
