The acquisition of a holding decided by the Regional Council may not have the effect of:

– either increasing the share held by one or more regions in the capital of a commercial company to more than 33%;

– or increasing the share of capital held, directly or indirectly, by public persons to more than 50%.

La prise de participation décidée par le conseil régional ne peut avoir pour effet :

– ni de faire porter la part détenue par une ou plusieurs régions dans le capital d’une société commerciale à plus de 33 % ;

– ni de faire porter la part de capital détenue, directement ou indirectement, par des personnes publiques à plus de 50 %.
