Article R422-14 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The application to register the company in the Trade and Companies Register shall be drawn up in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 15 of Decree n°84-406 of 30 May 1984 relating to the Trade and Companies Register.

Notwithstanding articles 22, 24 and 26 of Decree no. 78-704 of 3 July 1978, the company is exempt from inserting the notices provided for in the said articles in a legal gazette.

The notice inserted in the Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales shall contain the information provided for in Article 73 of the Decree of 30 May 1984, with the exception of those relating to the surnames and first names of members who are indefinitely and jointly and severally liable for the company’s debts.

La demande d’immatriculation de la société au registre du commerce et des sociétés est établie dans les conditions prévues à l’article 15 du décret n° 84-406 du 30 mai 1984 relatif au registre du commerce et des sociétés.

Par dérogation aux articles 22, 24 et 26 du décret n° 78-704 du 3 juillet 1978, la société est dispensée d’insérer dans un journal d’annonces légales les avis prévus auxdits articles.

L’avis inséré au Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales contient les indications prévues à l’article 73 du décret du 30 mai 1984 à l’exception de celles relatives aux nom et prénoms des associés tenus indéfiniment et solidairement des dettes sociales.
