No alcoholic beverages other than wine, beer, cider and perry are permitted in the workplace.
When the consumption of alcoholic beverages, under the conditions set out in the first paragraph, is likely to be harmful to the physical and mental health and safety of workers, the employer, in application of article L. 4121-1 of the Labour Code, shall set out in the internal regulations or, failing that, by memorandum the measures to protect the health and safety of workers and to prevent any risk of accident. These measures, which may in particular take the form of limiting or even prohibiting such consumption, must be proportionate to the aim pursued.
