Article R4231-2 of the French Labour Code

Upon receipt of the injunction, the employer shall inform the project owner or client within twenty-four hours of the measures taken to put an end to the situation.

The project owner or client will immediately forward this response to the enforcement officer who issued the warning or will inform the latter of the absence of a response as soon as the period mentioned in the previous paragraph has expired.

Dès réception de l’injonction, l’employeur informe dans un délai de vingt-quatre heures le maître d’ouvrage ou le donneur d’ordre des mesures prises pour faire cesser la situation.


Le maître d’ouvrage ou le donneur d’ordre transmet aussitôt cette réponse à l’agent de contrôle auteur du signalement ou informe celui-ci dès l’expiration du délai mentionné à l’alinéa précédent de l’absence de réponse.
