Article R4233-34 of the French Public Health Code

The president of the central or regional council will summon the author of the complaint and the accused pharmacist within one month of receiving the complaint, of which he will send a full copy, with a view to seeking conciliation.

To this end, it appoints, from among the members of its Council, one to three advisors, known as conciliators, who are responsible for organising the conciliation of the parties.

Le président du conseil central ou régional convoque l’auteur de la plainte et le pharmacien mis en cause dans un délai d’un mois à compter de la réception de la plainte, dont il lui communique une copie intégrale, en vue de rechercher une conciliation.

A cette fin, il désigne, parmi les membres de son conseil, un à trois conseillers, dénommés conciliateurs, chargés d’organiser la conciliation des parties.
