The pharmacists concerned have a duty to prepare for their role as training supervisor by improving their knowledge and acquiring adequate resources. No pharmacist can claim to train a trainee if he or she is not in a position to provide this training himself or herself.

Les pharmaciens concernés ont le devoir de se préparer à leur fonction de maître de stage en perfectionnant leurs connaissances et en se dotant des moyens adéquats. Nul pharmacien ne peut prétendre former un stagiaire s’il n’est pas en mesure d’assurer lui-même cette formation.
