Article R4235-68 of the French Public Health Code

The pharmacist in charge referred to in articles L. 5124-2, L. 5124-7 and L. 5142-1 must ensure compliance with professional ethics and all regulations issued in the interests of public health.

He must also ensure that the responsibilities of pharmacists and the staff under his authority are clearly defined. He must train the latter in the rules of good practice.

The delegated pharmacist is bound by the same obligations within the limits of his delegation.

Le pharmacien responsable mentionné aux articles L. 5124-2, L. 5124-7 et L. 5142-1 doit veiller au respect de l’éthique professionnelle ainsi que de toutes les prescriptions édictées dans l’intérêt de la santé publique.

Il doit en outre veiller à définir avec précision les attributions des pharmaciens et du personnel placé sous son autorité. Il doit former ce dernier aux règles de bonnes pratiques.

Le pharmacien délégué est tenu, dans les limites de sa délégation, aux mêmes obligations.
