Article R4312-25 of the French Public Health Code

Nurses must maintain good fraternal relations with each other.

They owe each other assistance in times of adversity.

It is forbidden for a nurse, regardless of the means or medium of communication used, to slander another, to speak ill of him or her or to echo remarks likely to harm him or her in the practice of his or her profession.

A nurse in conflict with a colleague must seek conciliation, if necessary through the Conseil départemental de l’ordre.

Il est interdit à un infirmier, quel que soit le moyen ou le support de communication utilisé, d’en calomnier un autre, de médire de lui ou de se faire l’écho de propos capables de lui nuire dans l’exercice de sa profession.


Un infirmier en conflit avec un confrère doit rechercher la conciliation, au besoin par l’intermédiaire du conseil départemental de l’ordre.
