In order to be approved, the EC production quality assurance system proposed by the manufacturer must guarantee that each item of personal protective equipment subject to this procedure conforms to the model which was the subject of the EC type-examination certificate and to the technical rules applicable to it.

Pour être approuvé, le système d’assurance qualité CE de la production, proposé par le fabricant, garantit que chaque exemplaire d’équipement de protection individuelle, soumis à cette procédure, est conforme au modèle ayant fait l’objet de l’attestation d’examen CE de type et aux règles techniques qui lui sont applicables.
