The documentation on the quality assurance system shall include in particular a description of:

1° the quality objectives, the organization chart and the distribution of responsibilities within the manufacturer in the fields relating to the quality of personal protective equipment;

2° the examinations, inspections and tests to be carried out by the manufacturer;

3° the means intended to verify the effective operation of the quality assurance system.

La documentation sur le système d’assurance qualité comprend notamment une description :

1° Des objectifs de qualité, de l’organigramme et de la répartition des compétences chez le fabricant dans les domaines relatifs à la qualité des équipements de protection individuelle ;

2° Des examens, inspections et essais à réaliser par le fabricant ;

3° Des moyens destinés à vérifier le fonctionnement efficace du système d’assurance qualité.
