Article R4313-7 of the French Labour Code

The manufacturer, importer or any other person responsible for placing partly completed machinery on the market shall ensure, before it is placed on the market, that:

1° The relevant technical documentation;

2° The assembly instructions ;

3° The declaration of incorporation.

Le fabricant, l’importateur ou tout autre responsable de la mise sur le marché d’une quasi-machine veille, avant sa mise sur le marché, à ce que soient établies :

2° La notice d’assemblage ;
