In addition to its Chairman, the Disciplinary Chamber of First Instance comprises eight full members and eight alternate members, distributed as follows:
1° Three full members and three alternate members representing self-employed masseur-physiotherapists, and one full member and one alternate member representing employed masseur-physiotherapists, elected for three years by the regional or inter-regional council from among its members;
2° Three full members and three deputy members representing self-employed masseur-physiotherapists, and one full member and one deputy member representing employed masseur-physiotherapists, elected for six years by the regional council from among the former full and deputy members of the departmental, interdepartmental, regional and interregional councils of the Order, excluding national councillors currently in office, and renewable by half every three years.
Members and former members must be entered on the roll in the jurisdiction of the chamber.
The Chamber sits as a panel of at least five members.
