Article R4321-49-1 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this sub-section, elections to the regional and inter-regional councils of the Order of masseur-physiotherapists take place under the conditions provided for in Chapter V of Title II of Book I of Part Four of this Code.

The provisions of article R. 4124-5 also apply to elections to the disciplinary chambers of first instance for masseur-physiotherapists.

Sous réserve des adaptations prévues par la présente sous-section, les élections au sein des conseils régionaux et interrégionaux de l’ordre des masseurs-kinésithérapeutes ont lieu dans les conditions prévues au chapitre V du titre II du livre Ier de la quatrième partie du présent code.

Les dispositions de l’article R. 4124-5 sont également applicables aux élections des chambres disciplinaires de première instance des masseurs-kinésithérapeutes.
