If the goods located in the premises are unavailable due to a seizure previously carried out by another creditor, they are handed over to a receiver, unless the person being evicted indicates the place where they will be taken. An inventory is drawn up in the eviction report, indicating the place where they will be deposited.
The report is notified to the distraining creditor. If the owner of the premises intends to join in the seizure, the opposition is made at the same time as the report is notified.
