Article R4332-6 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The amount of State credits transferred to the regions under the second paragraph of article L. 4332-1 is drawn up, following the opinion of the commission provided for in article L. 1614-3, based on the expenditure incurred by the State in 1998 for the actions mentioned in article R. 4332-7, after deduction of Community aid allocated to these actions in the same year.

Article R4332-6

Le montant des crédits de l’Etat transférés aux régions en vertu du deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 4332-1 est établi, après avis de la commission prévue à l’article L. 1614-3, à partir des dépenses exposées par l’Etat en 1998 au titre des actions mentionnées à l’article R. 4332-7, déduction faite des concours communautaires affectés, la même année, à ces actions.
