Article R4381-8 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of this section govern companies formed pursuant to Title I of Law no. 90-1258 of 31 December 1990 relating to the practice of liberal professions in the form of companies and whose corporate object is the joint practice of one of the following professions:

1° Nurse ;

2° Masseur-kinésithérapeute ;

3° chiropodist ;

4° Speech therapist ;

5° Orthoptist ;

6° Dietician ;

7° Psychomotrician.

Les dispositions de la présente section régissent les sociétés constituées en application du titre Ier de la loi n° 90-1258 du 31 décembre 1990 relative à l’exercice sous forme de sociétés des professions libérales et dont l’objet social est l’exercice en commun de l’une des professions suivantes :

1° Infirmier ou infirmière ;

2° Masseur-kinésithérapeute ;

3° Pédicure-podologue ;

4° Orthophoniste ;

5° Orthoptiste ;

6° Diététicien ;

7° Psychomotricien.
