Article R441-7 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of Article R. 421-59 to Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the words: “under Directive 2014/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the conditions of entry and residence of third-country nationals for the purposes of employment as a seasonal worker” are deleted.

Pour l’application de l’article R. 421-59 à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, les mots : ” au titre de la directive 2014/36/ UE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 26 février 2014 établissant les conditions d’entrée et de séjour des ressortissants de pays tiers aux fins d’un emploi en tant que travailleur saisonnier ” sont supprimés.
