The employer shall determine, taking into account the working conditions, in particular in terms of thermal or hygrometric constraints, postures and efforts:
1° The duration of each shift ;
2° The number of shifts per day;
3° The time required for workers to dress, undress and decontaminate in the facilities provided for this purpose;
4° The break time after each shift, in addition to the break time provided for in articles L. 3121-16 and L. 3121-17.
It consults the occupational physician and the social and economic committee on these provisions.
