Article R4412-14 of the French Labour Code

Regardless of the results of the risk assessment, the provisions of article R. 4412-12 apply to the production, manufacture or use in the workplace of hazardous chemical agents which are subject to a ban pursuant to article L. 4411-1.

Quels que soient les résultats de l’évaluation des risques, les dispositions de l’article R. 4412-12 s’appliquent à la production, la fabrication ou l’utilisation au travail des agents chimiques dangereux faisant l’objet d’une mesure d’interdiction en application de l’article L. 4411-1.
