Article R4412-37 of the French Labour Code

The employer shall ensure that information on emergency measures relating to hazardous chemical agents is available, in particular to the internal or external emergency services responsible for dealing with accidents or incidents.
This information includes:
1° A prior mention of the hazards of the activity, the measures for identifying the hazard, the relevant precautions and procedures so that the emergency services can prepare their own response procedures and precautionary measures;
2° Any available information on the hazards likely to arise during an accident or emergency;
3° The measures defined in application of articles R. 4412-33 and R. 4412-34.

L’employeur veille à ce que les informations sur les mesures d’urgence se rapportant à des agents chimiques dangereux soient disponibles, notamment pour les services d’intervention, internes ou externes, compétents en cas d’accident ou d’incident.
Ces informations comprennent :
1° Une mention préalable des dangers de l’activité, des mesures d’identification du danger, des précautions et des procédures pertinentes afin que les services d’urgence puissent préparer leurs propres procédures d’intervention et mesures de précaution ;
2° Toute information disponible sur les dangers susceptibles de se présenter lors d’un accident ou d’une urgence ;
3° Les mesures définies en application des articles R. 4412-33 et R. 4412-34.
