Article R4412-45 of the French Labour Code

The medical examination carried out includes a general clinical examination and, depending on the nature of the exposure, one or more additional specialised examinations which the occupational physician carries out or arranges to be carried out. These examinations are paid for under the conditions provided for in article R. 4624-36 or, in the case of an agricultural employee, in article R. 717-20 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code.

L’examen médical pratiqué comprend un examen clinique général et, selon la nature de l’exposition, un ou plusieurs examens spécialisés complémentaires auxquels le médecin du travail procède ou fait procéder. Ces examens sont pris en charge dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 4624-36 ou, s’il s’agit d’un salarié agricole, à l’article R. 717-20 du code rural et de la pêche maritime.
