The employer shall regularly measure the exposure of workers to carcinogens, mutagens or agents toxic to reproduction present in the workplace atmosphere.
When occupational exposure limit values have been established, in application of articles R. 4412-149 or R. 4412-150, for a carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic agent for reproduction, the employer shall have technical inspections carried out by a body accredited under the conditions laid down in articles R. 4724-8 to R. 4724-13.
These technical inspections are carried out at least once a year and whenever there is any change likely to have an adverse effect on worker exposure. They give rise to a report, communicated in accordance with the provisions of article R. 4412-79.
