If a binding occupational exposure limit value provided for in Article R. 4412-149 is exceeded, the employer shall stop work at the workstations concerned until measures have been implemented to ensure the protection of workers.

En cas de dépassement d’une valeur limite d’exposition professionnelle contraignante prévue à l’article R. 4412-149, l’employeur arrête le travail aux postes de travail concernés, jusqu’à la mise en œuvre des mesures propres à assurer la protection des travailleurs.
