Article R4421-5 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When the sites council sits in a formation known as the heritage and architecture formation, it also includes:

1° In respect of the first college: a heritage curator assigned to the regional cultural affairs directorate, the head of the heritage inspectorate and a member of the national police or gendarmerie services;

2° In respect of the second college: One representative appointed by the Assembly of Corsica, or his deputy;

3° Eight members under the third college:

a) Four qualified personalities: two architects, one curator of antiquities and objets d’art and one heritage curator, member of the services of the collectivity of Corsica;

b) Four representatives of associations or foundations whose purpose is to promote the knowledge, protection, conservation and enhancement of heritage.

Lorsque le conseil des sites siège en formation dite du patrimoine et de l’architecture, il comprend en outre :

1° Au titre du premier collège : un conservateur du patrimoine affecté à la direction régionale des affaires culturelles, le chef de l’inspection des patrimoines et un membre des services de la police ou de la gendarmerie nationales ;

2° Au titre du deuxième collège : un représentant désigné par l’Assemblée de Corse, ou son suppléant ;

3° Huit membres au titre du troisième collège :

a) Quatre personnalités qualifiées : deux architectes, un conservateur des antiquités et objets d’art et un conservateur du patrimoine, membre des services de la collectivité de Corse ;

b) Quatre représentants d’associations ou de fondations ayant pour objet de favoriser la connaissance, la protection, la conservation et la mise en valeur du patrimoine.
