Article R4422-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Articles R. 4135-1 to R. 4135-8 are applicable to the President and members of the Corsican Executive Council. For the application of article R. 4135-4, the duration of the hours credited for one quarter is equal to:

a) One hundred and forty hours for the President of the Executive Council;

b) One hundred and five hours for the members of the Executive Council.

Les articles R. 4135-1 à R. 4135-8 sont applicables au président et aux membres du conseil exécutif de Corse. Pour l’application de l’article R. 4135-4, la durée du crédit d’heures pour un trimestre est égale :

a) A cent quarante heures pour le président du conseil exécutif ;

b) A cent cinq heures pour les membres du conseil exécutif.
