Article R4422-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

An order of the Prefect of Corsica sets, by application of the rules defined in articles R. 4422-4 to R. 4422-6-1, the list of bodies of all kinds represented within each section of the Corsican Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural Council, the number of their representatives and, where applicable, the specific terms and conditions of their appointment.

The distribution of seats allocated to employees’ trade union organisations within the economic and social development and forward planning section takes into account in particular their representativeness in the Corsican collectivity.

Un arrêté du préfet de Corse fixe, par application des règles définies aux articles R. 4422-4 à R. 4422-6-1, la liste des organismes de toute nature représentés au sein de chaque section du conseil économique, social, environnemental et culturel de Corse, le nombre de leurs représentants et, le cas échéant, les modalités particulières de leur désignation.

La répartition des sièges attribués aux organisations syndicales de salariés au sein de la section du développement économique et social et de la prospective tient compte notamment de leur représentativité dans la collectivité de Corse.
