Article R4425-8 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The amount of the grant and that of each of the shares defined in article R. 4425-7 are set on a flat-rate basis by joint order of the Minister of the Interior, the Minister for the Budget and the Minister for Town Planning. An order issued in the same manner also sets the amount of each of the payments to be made in accordance with the procedures defined in articles R. 4425-10 and R. 4425-11. In assessing the costs to be financed, account is taken of the resources made available to the Corsican local authority by the State.

Le montant de la dotation ainsi que celui de chacune des parts définies à l’article R. 4425-7 sont fixés de façon forfaitaire par arrêté conjoint du ministre de l’intérieur, du ministre chargé du budget et du ministre chargé de l’urbanisme. Un arrêté pris dans les mêmes formes fixe également le montant de chacun des versements à effectuer selon les modalités définies aux articles R. 4425-10 et R. 4425-11. Il est tenu compte, dans l’appréciation des charges à financer, des moyens mis à la disposition de la collectivité de Corse par l’Etat.
