Article R4426-2 of the French Labour Code

The list of exposed workers is kept for at least ten years after the end of exposure.
However, where biological agents are likely to cause illnesses with a long incubation period, the list is kept for as long as pathological manifestations are possible.

La liste des travailleurs exposés est conservée au moins dix ans après la fin de l’exposition.
Toutefois, lorsque les agents biologiques sont susceptibles de provoquer des maladies présentant une longue période d’incubation, elle est conservée aussi longtemps que des manifestations pathologiques sont possibles.
