A declaration of first use is also sent to the labour inspection officer, at least thirty days before their first use, for biological agents not yet classified within the meaning of article R. 4421-4, where there is a presumption that they are pathogenic.

Une déclaration de première utilisation est également adressée à l’agent de contrôle de l’inspection du travail, au moins trente jours avant leur première utilisation, pour les agents biologiques non encore classés au sens de l’article R. 4421-4, dès lors qu’existe une présomption de leur caractère pathogène.
