Article R4432-15 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of articles R. 4134-8 to R. 4134-21 apply to the regional economic, social and environmental councils. The same provisions, with the exception of those of the second paragraph of article R. 4134-12, apply to the operation of the councils for culture, education and the environment of the regions of Guadeloupe and Réunion.

Les dispositions des articles R. 4134-8 à R. 4134-21 s’appliquent aux conseils économiques, sociaux et environnementaux régionaux. Les mêmes dispositions, à l’exception de celles du deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 4134-12, s’appliquent au fonctionnement des conseils de la culture, de l’éducation et de l’environnement des régions de Guadeloupe et de la Réunion.
